Welcome to Georgia State University Housing.

The University makes Housing assignments without regard to race, religion, color, age, disability, national origin or sexual orientation. Subject to availability, the University will attempt to take student preferences into account. No guarantee of a specific unit, space, rate, facility, complex, or assignment is made or implied. New incoming freshman housing assignments occur at Piedmont North, Patton Hall, and Piedmont Central.

A Room Reservation Fee/Deposit is due as part of Student's application for University Housing, and Fee/Deposit is applied to the Housing Fee due from Student for the semester. This Fee/Deposit is non-refundable. If the application/contract is canceled by Student for any reason or terminated the University for Cause at any time, this fee is non-refundable

Residency in University Housing requires full-time student status at Georgia State as defined by the University Registrar's Office. Fewer hours are acceptable only in the semester of graduation or with the prior written permission of University Housing.
